After spending hundreds of dollars and countless hours on the road, and in different chairs, I have finally figured out how to do my own gym girl sew-in!! I am not a professional by any means y’all lol but this is what works for me.  This hair is from Hair So Chic LA 1x20 1x22 both reused from a sew in I had previously installed. Don’t use a padded bench.
There’s nothing wrong with a padded bench. The cushion forces you to engage your core while performing the movement vs just using a hard surface. This is what I like but you can do whatever works for you ❤

@@alyssapeguesx it’s also a safety issue. If you are doing this exercise correctly anyway your core should always be tight throughout the movement. Use a harder more stable surface. You made to much progress at this point to get injured and be out of the gym for a significant amount of time. Keep grinding stay safe
