Vegetable Momo Ingredients
Filling:
Soya Chunks- 100g
Cabbage- 250g
Onion- 150g
Chayote- 250g
Carrots- 150g
Momo masala- 1 table spoon
Seasonal Salt (MSG)- ½ teaspoon
Salt- 1 teaspoon (personal preference)
Vegetable oil- ½ cup
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 boiled potato (optional)
Dough:
Plain flour- 1 ½ cup (or however much you will need)
Water- until soft dough formed
Momos are a traditional Nepalese dumpling that can be served as appetisers or a whole meal.
The filling of momos can be customised to your preference with many variations being found all over Nepal. These can include; chicken, buff, pork, veg and many more!
