We get to a certain age when what we need (and hopefully want) is to be fit. To move better, stay strong and be healthy at whatever wonderful age we are enjoying. Its more about how we feel, how we move and less just about looks. Because skinny is not the goal. Healthy is. Healthy and Fit. So, join me for strength training, stretching and yoga that will help make being fit happen.

Pelvis and Hips focused
This quick video is designed to bring a little mobility and flexibility to your pelvis and hip area. This is an area that gets incredibly tight when we sit for a living or have hobbies that put us in chairs for long periods of time. Mobility is just movement through a range of motion VS flexibility which is stretching through a range of motion. Active vs passive.

This is a quick 15 minute video that focuses specifically on neck shoulders mid and low back. These areas tend to get tight with our desk jobs or hobbies that have us seated for quite a bit of time and then folded in rounded shapes.

Twenty minute strength and tone workout for full body. You will need small to medium weights (Dumbbells or Resistance bands) and a chair. Seven exercises performed for 1 minute with a 20 sec break for 2 rounds. Some moves are body weight, some require additional equipment.

This is a 20 minute full body workout for beginners and men/women over 65 who wish modifications for knees and shoulders. Grab a chair, your water bottle and a smile for this quick paced workout. Open wall area also helpful (or strong non movable piece of furniture). You may wish to add in some light weights but this first workout is bodyweight by design and weights by desire.

20 minute workout. Five 1-minute intervals with 15 second break. Three rounds. Each round has a combination of moves. You will need an area to workout in, a mat and 2 sets of weights or bands. I am going to use 10lbs dumbbells, at that works for me. If its too heavy or light for you, adjust.
Mindset for approaching exercise. Especially if you don't like to workout or don't get results.

Welcome to a 20 minute Upper Body & Core workout.. You will need a mat and an array of weights, resistance bands or kettlebells. So, light, medium and heavy options. We will perform each exercise for 1 minute. Many of the exercises are combos, so we will alternate exercises for the 1 minute or change the exercise half way through the minute. If it changes, it uses same muscle group.
