This is an area that gets incredibly tight when we sit for a living or have hobbies that put us in chairs for long periods of time. Twenty minute strength and tone workout for full body. You will need small to medium weights (Dumbbells or Resistance bands) and a chair. Seven exercises performed for 1 minute with a 20 sec break for 2 rounds. Some moves are body weight, some require additional equipment.

This is a 20 minute full body workout for beginners and men/women over 65 who wish modifications for knees and shoulders. Grab a chair, your water bottle and a smile for this quick paced workout. Open wall area also helpful (or strong non movable piece of furniture). You may wish to add in some light weights but this first workout is bodyweight by design and weights by desire.

20 minute workout. Five 1-minute intervals with 15 second break. Three rounds. Each round has a combination of moves. You will need an area to workout in, a mat and 2 sets of weights or bands. I am going to use 10lbs dumbbells, at that works for me. If its too heavy or light for you, adjust.

Welcome to a 20 minute Upper Body & Core workout.. You will need a mat and an array of weights, resistance bands or kettlebells. So, light, medium and heavy options. We will perform each exercise for 1 minute. Many of the exercises are combos, so we will alternate exercises for the 1 minute or change the exercise half way through the minute. If it changes, it uses same muscle group.
