The Apocalypse of 1453: How Three Events Changed the Course of History
The year 1453 marked a significant turning point in world history, with three major events shaping the future of Europe and the world. The fall of Constantinople to the Ottoman Turks, the invention of the printing press by Johannes Gutenberg, and the beginning of the Wars of the Roses in England all contributed to a new era of change and transformation. These events, like tremors in the earth, shook the foundations of society, ushering in a new age of exploration, colonization, and scientific discovery. The story of the Coucy family, a powerful noble family in France, illustrates the resilience and adaptability of those who came before us, and serves as a reminder that even in the face of change, the human spirit endures.

Battle of the Golden Spurs 1302, Flanders present day Belgium. 1200 royal armored French knights utterly slaughtered by peasants and town folk of Bruges.... The standing infantry army of France was winning the battle but the French knights wanted to claim the honor so they charged over their own men at the Flemish and got massacred for their trouble.

Will you be kind enough to lower the volume few notch so that I can hear the narrative clearly? Anyway great content and you deserve more viewers.

don't use AI generated images like that, I know AI is usefull but it's just a language programming tool making use of archived internet content (usually). that is why the armors look baltic/turkic in the first picture, and the banners are a mix of different eras as well as just random images there are tons of 14th century armor images out there from pinterest to just google searches and even ilustrations of the battle of roosebeke, furthermore there are others on other engagements of the Ghent rebellion (which was not just about Ghent despite it holding out longer (strangely enough it was the one major flemish city that did not freely join the 1302 rebellion (despite 800 "volunteers" joining) ghent retained it's rights, as did many other flemish cities, the duke of burgundy needed them and their wealth came mostly from trade with the english and germans as well as france, in the end he only got the symbolic gain out of it, there is also a song "het kaerelslied" which is based on these events as an anti rebellion song as well as a 19th century version which is supportive of the rebellious flemings. I still liked, it is flemish history and most of what you said could be correct though historical records are never fully trustworthy to begin with.

Nice video's, yet the AI generated stuff is making weird things man. I spotted a bike in Gent next to a medieval pikeman and at the french tricolore...is about 5 centuries early here. If you clean up that Ai buggy stuff, you have great content. It's timeless, people may watch this now or in ten years.

7:51 throughout the video, the hands are otherwise so good! when they grasp something with them, though; the sword in the foreground, left and background, left - the king in blue grasping his other hand. Those fingers are _whack_ ! 😆 Seriously though, it's an elegant (beautifully simple), unique style that expresses your channel's theme nicely. I've not seen illustration in this anywhere anywhere else. 😍 Cheers 🍻

I enjoy your channel. It has a few things that could be better. The biggest one for me right now is how I keep hearing the same track used for the background music in all the videos I'm watching. Your channel is pretty new. I think that you should experiment with having different backing tracks in your videos. If you were to have a small selection of different songs that you use for your content, when people such as myself start watching multiple videos, they won't be able to notice it right away. When I first heard it I didn't think it was that great of a song anyways, but I was enjoying the subject of the video. After I watched a few videos, I began to notice how the same backing track seems to be in everyone of them that I've watched. Even though I like your content, I can't stream anymore at the moment because I just keep focusing on the annoying song. I would've watched a few more right now, but I gotta take a break from that song. I don't know how long the track is that you use on loop in your videos, but I would guess that it's only a few minutes long and it keeps looping. Which means that I'm hearing the track already multiple times in all the videos I watch. This comment took quite a bit of time to type, and I haven't had anything playing while I've been writing it, but that stupid song is an earworm for me at the moment and I'm hearing it play in my head while typing you how much I dislike it! hahah Background music is necessary, but if it becomes noticeable for some reason, it ceases to be background music and becomes foreground music. The best background music tracks are the ones you never even notice, since you're so engrossed with the content. I know there are many places that offer royalty free music for free. If you did have a small collection of different backing tracks that you use in your videos, if someone such as myself finds the backing track annoying or distracting I can skip the video and watch a different one. I only mean for this to be helpful to you in order to make your content better. If you actually read my constructive criticism then I'll continue to comment on more of your videos. If not, then I won't waste my time typing all this. I haven't had anything playing since I started typing all this, and in the quiet I've noticed that the annoying song has become an earworm that is playing on a loop in my head. Actually I don't know how many more videos I'll watch if I keep hearing the annoying song on loop in the future. Best of Luck to you!
