I've picked up the hydra before and thought it wasn't for me, but turns out, gear can make all the difference. Mainly run speed, ninja squid (because I honestly can't go without it lol), swim speed, and special power up.

These were the best games I've ever had it was genuinely crazy!! Also notice that I’ve changed gear, I changed for the Christmas season and I’m running mainly run speed and special charge up on it so I can get coolers consistently. :)

Have you tried motion controls? The gyro?
no I'm terrible at gyro, I do better with stick (ik that's not reflected in the video but I promise im good)
@@Anna_Crossing, that's good, but as you're ranking up, you'll quickly start to notice that you're going to be outclassed by many gyro players. I'm not implying that is not possible to get to S+ rank or X rank using only sticks, but goodness, it's definitely an obstacle.

@@Anna_Crossing, don't say that lol. It's possible to get out of those ranks. I learned to use motion, and with the splat charger, and I am an S+ player. I'm training to snipe at the X rank level.
