Some vehicles will show the correct vehicle mileage if the cluster is changed and some won't. But they can be reprogrammed to do so.
3rd gen Tahoe but likely since it’s going through an auction someone swapped the cluster to try to get more money out of it
One mans trash is another mans treasure .. those are starting around 15.000 euros in Turkey
They probably changed the cluster. They always go bad. My 94 F150 I swapped out the cluster don’t have the right mileage on it.
For 3.000?! That is a great deal here in spain!
