TAQATALKs is a platform to increase knowledge and share common interests within the TAQA community in Lebanon. Lebanon, is a rich country, and we love it; however, environmental protection, sports security, and health standards are still not prioritized and held to standards. The purpose of TAQATALKs is to open dialogue, strengthen bonds, and increase knowledge and awareness to bring a community closer together, create a stronger front, and to make new friends.
Every month, we host guest speakers at our Gemmayzeh head office in the heart of Beirut to share their experiences in health, sports and nutrition. There are many more talks to follow and more videos to be shared!

On October 17th, 2019 at 13:45 pm, a team of six swimmers set out to cross the Mediterranean Sea in an Open Water Swim Traverse from Cyprus to Lebanon. The swim, which covered an average distance of 180 km, was undertaken to raise awareness on the harmful impact of single-use plastics in the Mediterranean Sea.
