As far as i am aware, the difference between the dcf921 and the dcf922, is the 921 has a hog ring and the 922 has the de-temp pin. other than that ,they both have the same amount of power.

Both sound great - that 4.6 is why. I think the X sounds a smidge bettah 🙂

I do automotive for a living and own the DCF891 and Hercules High Torque. Both great tools. I see myself using the Dewalt more often but still good to have the High Torque impact around

Thank you for this video. I had the same exact issue - that one little prong in the connector. I couldn't find my small set of files, so I gripped it with a small set of needle nose pliars and it twisted up and away with little effort. I just thought that might be something useful for the next viewer with the same problem.

Just incase if you need more info about the mach 460 system i have a 03 with the mach 460 i found out that those wires run to one of the amplifier's that is meant to produce bass.

How do you see the perfomance of your transmission with this cooler, no more limp mode ? No more overheating transmission ?

Are you still using this or did you switch to the DCF921 (the little tiny baby thing that produces a zillion foot pounds of torque for its size)? I am trying to decide if I should buy the small micro model DCF921 sub compact 1/2" or the big burly DCF891?

I like the 921 but j in need more oomff so went with a 891. We’ll see if it handles all I need for brakes and suspension

Trying to decide between this and 900. For brake and suspension and general auto work. I don’t want t on be under powered but also this one is smaller for working in suspension. Seems like this should be plenty for even rusty older trucks ? Just tryed the atomic stubby. It’s nice but not strong enough

Lol ! Im looking at a 900 or a 891 I want it to be good for suspension and brakes. Rusty old stuff what ever 891 probably better. Lighter. Not as strong to break bolts
