in some countries, it is a human right to be free, so escaping from prison like this, is a perfectly legal endeavour, and will not add to charges

escapist 2 is an more relaxed experience however escapist 1 is more hard.
If youre asking whether the first or the second is better i would suggest the first one, The Escapists 1 is very hard but The Escapists 2 has more prisons, more DLC and multiplayer, If you want a good hard indie game getting The Escapists 1 would be my suggestion If you want a fun multiplayer game thats a bit more laid back then get The Escapists 2
