Somehow I actually bought one of these second hand. It’s a fun enough time, especially if you play it with your family (who all love the film). When we tested it, we admired how close to the film it was aesthetically, but also how silly it was (my dad really enjoyed the rabbit tossing mini game for some reason). It’s great that they got Peter Sallis to voice Wallace, but I sort of hoped they’d get Ralph Fiennes to donate one or two voice lines as he just laughs instead of talking.

I've got the long version of the original first theme on a rare compilation CD, and it really is a beautiful piece of music in its own right. Tony Hatch always did write a bloody good theme tune!
