Always make sure that the MOTORMAN gets his breaks on time and that his Alchohol intake is sufficient enough to his drunken satisfaction.NEVER stop aMOTORMAN from getting a beer from the crew bar whenever he needs one.REMEMBER A WELL PISSED UP MOTORMAN IS FAR SAFER THAN A COMPANY MAN THAT IS ALWAYS SBER YOU CANT TRUST A MOTORMAN THAT DOSNT BEVVY.
There’s about 10 chapters in the classes
Great concepts
Thank u for info very well said..
do you can share Emergency Towing Procedure for harbour tug to me sir?
Great video thanks
Four individuals in a control room? Safe manning scale per International Safety Management (ISM) comes to mind when viewing this. Really four in a control room. Though very much needed…Good luck.
How would one believe that the adverse environment of a vessel combined with low morale due to degradation of performance to an individual by seniors would not be seen as a leading cause of minimal performance?
This production feathers, so mildly the International Safety Management (ISM) and formative Safety Management System (SMS). Try the human factor that those in senior positions denigrate those that are the juniors. Forget the rest, it all starts with the Error of lack of decency and respect.
Still the US. This is the biggest tow line. Biggest tug etc.
Strange procedures,no means off shorten the line.
Thanks
Now at 13:41 the real fun begins. Stowing all the line that they payed out. Lol 😆 lol 😝
Outstanding Video!!
👌👍
I know it’s been a year. But what exactly are the “thumbs up” about?
I sailed with Scott back in 1987 on the Crowley tug Sea Lion. We were hauling for Sealand from Cordova to Anchorage and Kodiak. He was the Mate then and a good shipmate. Good to see he is still hanging in there. Ram
This package was invented by somebody behind the desk. No seaman with towing experience could prepare such nonsense.
Why you think it? What is the problem w?
@@dutrasbence Good question ... ... equally, what would a better, safer, solution be ... I doubt he will reply, as he hasn't got an answer ...
And you are going to do all of this in heavy sea conditions....terrible set up
and waste of time.
Drinks on the chart table, how unprofessional.
Hehehe
