Green Detox Juice - I will drink this anytime throughout the day
3 cups of spinach
2 cucumbers
3-4 green apples
1-2” ginger
1 lemon
3 cups of alkaline water
Beet Juice - I will drink this with morning snack
3 small beet roots
3-4 red apples
1 medium sized watermelon
1 lemon
1-2” ginger

I love the idea of the drama lama planner in the front. I never thought about putting that and going to do that now. It totally makes sense.
