They would have to ask the parents and the parent would have known the child was being tested. Two, a child's organs are not the right size for a full grown adult. You can't just stick any organs in a person and expect it to work. And three, absolutely no medical team, lawyer, or court system would ever entertain the idea of killing one person to give the organs to another. Four, organ donors can't be sick. They won't take organs from a sick person and put them in another person. Five, organ donors have to give consent. They will not allow forced organ donation, even if the donor is already dead. I understand that these stories are likely written by AI, but this one is not even realistic in the least bit.
