hi! i kinda like the book but i can't buy it yet so i'll probably buy it in the future and i also would like to tell my sleep paralysis experience: i woke up on my bed and looked to my closet and then large pink squid tentacles came out of it moving in wave like motion like a snake , i tried to call for help but i couldn't speak and tryed to move and later it ended.

Why do you think psychedelics are bad? I was depressed for years, until I had a incredible psychedelic experience. Literally changed my life for better, and I am not the only one. There is a reason why psychedelic therapy research is booming with promising results.

I wonder why you guys keep sleeping at positions where you can see your rooms... Why doesn't just sleep facing the pillow or smt? I used to see things on the walls a lot when I was a kid, so I just stoped looking at walls and ceillings.

I had sleep paralysis since 2016… after my first 20 sleep paralysis I didn’t seen any “demons” or “shadow figure” if anything my eyes are awake w a mix loud sounds, shaking like if I’m having a seizure, feeling like I can’t breath or choke, but my eyes are just open. Today I experienced about 14 in total 8 in the morning and 6 at night. I believe I have roughly 100 sleep paralysis per year and it has nothing to do w demons or anything like that.

I might be a bit stupid or just curious, but I want to experience sleep paralysis.

Ive seen a shadow figure twice. Once made a whisper sound and the other one screamed like a demon. But most of the time I feel like im getting tossed around in the air and floating

I definitely have woken up once but it felt like i was sitting up already, awake talking. Which is weird. I cant remember to much but it may have been a dream?

Had it last night. Was sleeping on my side facing my half open bedroom door. I’ve had it before so there was a lucid dream vibe to it. My first experience was terrifying years ago, but this is my 4th time. This time I experienced that afraid of the dark feeling you have as a kid, while hearing voices whispering some negative bullshit (which helped me recognize it as either sleep paralysis or a psychotic break because no one talks to me that crazy irl lol). What stressed me out was trying to reply but barely being able to grunt and the doorframe sized shadow person slowly closing my door. Woke right up after seeing that f-cker.

Ok I honestly don't know anymore. I will usually have a dream that makes me feel scared then I will wake up for a brief moment for like 2 seconds then as I close my eyes a strong like vibration begins to happen in my head it will get stronger and stronger until I get scared then I try to wake up but i can't move or open my eyes there has been some times where I can hear my self struggling or hear my self snoring some times both and sometimes multiple times a night . I dont see any visions or demons just nosies and sensations I cant explain.

When I have these, everything is dark, almost completely black. What little light there is is a dark monochrome, and they're very noisy (as in visual noise, not sound effects.) Often I can't leave my bed, and there's an evil presence, like the silhouette of a man but distinctly inhuman, bearing a soft, low male voice and tormenting me. It's not sleep paralysis directly, because the last time I had it, I was dreaming I had woken up in my Grandma's guest bedroom despite actually sleeping in my own bed at home in real life. Sometimes I can walk around, but I can't see anything. Sometimes I can even interact with other people, usually family members, who will be concerned for me basically like they would be in real life, but somehow I know instinctively that they can't help me, there's nothing they or I can do. It's really weird. I respect what you're doing a lot, I've always been fascinated by the aesthetics of dreams.

Never had visual hallucinations but auditory. The last time i heard my own breath very loudly and constamt dog cries in the background as it was hurt

I swear in dreams it always feels like you’re running underwater, struggle to close or lock doors, can only scream in short bursts, and your punches feel weak
