Long before the CNC version of the filtration cover was done, I had designed an adaptor to go with this filtration system that will a slow me to attach a cooler to cool the engine oil. Designed specifically for endurance racing, I'm hoping that this additional cooling will allow the engine to run for longer, healthier, especially during hotter seasons. We've been testing the filtration system case cover for over a year now and we have been improving on the design, strengthening and adding features to the cover. After the design was finalized, we had commissioned a workshop to machine it for us and we were quite happy with the result, albeit with a few things that we want to tweak. We are running out of options with affordable and decent intake manifolds so we decided to make our own for our engines! The manifold was modeled in SketchUp and it was printed with PPA-CF filament on a Bambu X1C and aluminum by a professional 3D metal printer. I‘m on Instagram @js_racing_jason
