It's just an expression.

I wasn't looking at the driver but my wife was. Wife says the driver was jaw-jacking on her cell phone and said that the toddler in the car seat even saw us. My wife says that the young woman just kept talking on her phone after such a close call. Her front bumper came within inches of crushing our left legs. If you watch closely you can see her pulling out from that intersection. I thought she was just pulling forward a bit for better visibility.

LOL This was today. We took a ride to San Saba. I don't know why, I just like going there. There's a Mexican food restaurant there, food is really good. Last time we were there was on a Sunday, everything closes at 2pm on Sundays. But this place - I wish I could remember the name - let us in at closing time because we were so hungry.

@@KingsMom831 - It does seem nice and quiet. I drove through there on my way home from work one Saturday night. The subtle lights, people walking around, enjoying their quiet evenings... It was pleasant.

I'd like to go up to Dallas. Don't want to be a nuisance though....

@ Oh come on! Only thing is, I can’t really go anywhere and I really only have time for a quick visit. Might be seeing my friend from OK, she’s like 3 1/2 hours away.

Oh, no, I'm already back at work. We'll be going again to put in Star Link and some security cameras though. I'll probably take an extra week next year because 5 or 6 days of travel for 3 days of relaxation just didn't seem worth it!

It was so incredibly peaceful. ...you know, except for the 60 people in the house. LOL It was fun. We had about 20 kids for me to corrupt. I taught them how to play blackjack. :D

It's been a rough hitch. Every night everything has just gone to Hell all at once. Finally got some relief last night. Anyway, what did you think of the turtle? Funny how he keeps his armored backside toward the perceived threat.

@@KingsMom831 - OK...Now ya done it.... I had to go look up the difference between turtle and tortoise. I guess it's a tortoise. Small technicality. Oh well.... I suppose calling it a turtle is a lot like calling an orca a fish.

@@KingsMom831 - It's 250 square meters, which is almost the size of my house in TX (1,800 sq ft), only without the garage. So there's going to be plenty of living space. The idea is that my wife's family can all come and visit on vacation from Manila and have somewhere to sleep.

I haven't actually seen the car yet, just a picture. He was supposed to take me for a ride in it when I was in Colorado a couple of weeks ago but I guess he got busy.

My wife's such a sweetheart... Took me about a minute and a half to talk her into going up to Fort Worth to pick this up. Now that it's here she seems to have warmed up to the idea of having a Harley. She likes the color scheme. She liked the black one I used to have but I think she REALLY likes this one.

It's gonna suck, but I'll have my good friend Mr Tylenol with me. Dude was supposed to get some training to relieve me for some time off. He's gonna get a crash course in the morning. LOL

@@KingsMom831 - LOL It happened about 9 this morning. The pumper out here is a pretty good guy, helping me watch my schitt. And he won't tell anyone anything, so... Anyway, I can't leave my trailer here. Gotta get it home and get it clean and ready for the next job, and gotta make sure nobody steals my tires, batteries, propane tanks, etc. It takes 12 hours to get home if I fly, and I have cruise control.

Have another short coming. Can't leave that one up for long though, because I could get into trouble for that one.

@@Brunette_2005 More than 950 species, and you're correct new world tarantulas have weaker venom than old world tarantulas. Although some of my new world tarantulas temperaments make my old world tarantulas seem tame.

@@robertgantry2118 Yes, as a matter of fact, my most recent clients were a married couple who were good friends with my grandfather, who passed away my senior year of high school on the first day of winter break. The wife taught at the same high school as my grandpa for several decades and they knew each other well. So it was really cool to meet them and get to care for them. The wife died exactly 2 weeks before grandma and then just last weekend, the gentleman finally left this earthly plane and he was my absolute favorite. You would’ve loved him! He was a rifleman in the army and loved his guns! Lol a real character!

@@robertgantry2118 Hi! 😁 Yes, from the homepage on UA-cam in the top right corner there should be a little notification icon, it looks like a little bell. When you click on it it shows you from most recent, going all the way back in history when channels are subscribed to upload and when people comment. Kind of all in one category but that’s how I find when someone has commented on a video of mine. If you get a chance, check your email. I tried to circle it in a screenshot so you can see what it looks like from my phone at least.

So I drove to Loving, NM this afternoon (skipped out an hour early) to drop off my laundry, go to Wally World, get fuel, and to Cricket Wireless. I got all the way to loving, and realized I forgot my wallet. It's almost 60 miles to town. Fortunately I carry an extra 15 gallons of fuel or I'd have had no way back.

@@KingsMom831 - Forgot to tell you. On my way back to my trailer there's a dirt road you have to drive down which is about 7 miles. So I'm driving along and there were all these dogs out there on the road. Looked like a mama dog and all her babies who were all just about grown. There were about 8 of them all together. lol So I stopped, gave them some short bread cookies cause that's all I had with me. Someone's sheep dogs I guess. So I visited with the dogs and started to leave. hahaha They all started running along trying to follow me! I had to haul ass to get away so they wouldn't follow me back to my trailer. Didn't want to end up with someone's dogs. I didn't think to get a video. I gotta go back to town tonight so I'll get a video if I see them again.

You've probably seen it before. I think this is sort of a truncated version of the original. I guess it's just a spoof of _Boston Dynamics._ My brother emailed it to me and I laughed so hard, decided to post it. BTW, someone decided to file a copyright complaint on it, and it got demonitized. lol (My channel isn't monetized anyway)

@@KingsMom831 - Nah, the skies are about the same. If you really want to see ALL the stars you gotta go to rural Colorado, Montana, Utah ( and I'm sure lots of other places). The night skies have such vast depth and clarity when you're away from all the light pollution, dust, and other kinds of pollution.

@@robertgantry2118 One of my dreams in life is to go to a dark sky location and hang out with a bunch of nerds with telescopes lol I love the study of the cosmos and would love to have a better understanding of physics. We took a family trip through Wyoming and Colorado and I was a kid and other than having altitude sickness, and dad refusing to run the AC in the record-breaking 108° temperature it was awesome! Lol Did I mention we got stranded when the transmission blew out of our suburban and we had to wait on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere, in a time before cell phones were readily available to the public. Good times🥵🔥😂
