The plot of the vid isn't connected with the original TV-series.
The story takes place in Lawrence, Kansas. Sam lives in an average family with his mother and brother. Their life is almost perfect, but Sam suffers a lot because he is convinced, that his mother Mary has always loved Dean a lot more. Sam makes up his mind to ask the dark forces for help. It starts like some kind of a joke. But Dean finds him when he is holding a ritual and tells him, that it's not the thing to make a joke of. He is angry like a devil and Sam understands, that he doesn't feel that Dean is his brother anymore. He goes to the crossroad and makes a deal. The demon tells him how to become strong drinking the poisoned blood but notices, that the deal will be recognized only when Sam will kill his family. Sam agrees...
If you, guys, didn't understand, what the hell is Cas doing in this vid, then this is the reason: when Dean comes back he sees the angel, which means that the Heaven suggests him its help to fight against his brother, who has become evil.
