I watched the last General Court Martial Arguments, and I was shocked when the Chair General Court Martial prepared and read his ruling within seconds of closing the final arguments. The general court-martial is Hyena and Defendants are sheep. Where do you expect justice? In this case, all the Members and the Judge Advocate report directly to the CinC M7. The only relief I got is that the JA mentioned that the court shall provide the typed proceedings in one day. Hopefully by Monday. The adjournment till February is unnecessary. The rest remains as hogwash and a routine that the end has been ordered by Mzee Kaguta. The Members of the panel have their hands tied and the JA and Chair have their B*lls tightly held by UPDF Act not to disobey orders from above. This case is special in that Defendants, are political opponents of the CinC (who is also the Judge and Jury in this matter - incognito). Who arrested Col (Dr) Bisigye? Why was he arrested? Why wasn't he presented and charged in a Law Court in Country of arrest? How did he end up in Uganda where he did not commit the offenses. Did the firearm belong to the UPDF? How about the Ammo (With proof)? If they rule on the contrary, they will find their behinds in the same court.🤐🤐🤐🤐

Lukwago don’t deceive us. Eron Kiiza misbehaved in a court of law. He was disciplined by the court simply because he studied law but was badly brought up. A lot of people agree with me in saying that he needed to go to jail so that he could cool down. And also this was a lesson to others who think like him.
