"Fermarono i cieli" is a traditional Italian Christmas lullaby, composed by St. Alfonso Maria de' Liguori (1696 - 1787), a Neapolitan bishop.
The text describes the Virgin Mary trying to put Baby Jesus to sleep by singing him a lullaby.
The title "Fermarono i cieli" alludes to what is described in the apocryphal Gospel of James, regarding the birth of Jesus: when Jesus came into the world, the heavens stopped and the world remained still for a few moments.

Thank you, @kristijagodin1374 "Lumen Gentium" (Light of the Nations). History demands the Mysteries to be placed as a lamp on the candlestick, to shed light on all the people. From the speeches of Giorgio La Pira, who takes up the concept expressed by Luke ((Lc 8,16-18). The light is not meant to be hidden, but to illuminate those who live in the house and those who enter it. Knowledge of the "mysteries of the kingdom" is therefore not reserved only for a few, but must be shared with others. The meaning of "putting the Mysteries on the candlestick" underlies the possibility of spreading and receiving the Word as the light of the world, that is, the Light of truth and knowledge which must also illuminate ourselves.
