Echo Dry Fly Rod Review
This is a video supplement to go along with a full review of the Echo Dry Fly Rod testing in April and May 2017. I have been testing many medium-fast 9' 4 wt's to compare with my favorite lake rod, the Winston BIIIx 904. I was recommended to try this rod, the Echo Dry 9' - 4 wt. After many range tests and weather conditions I finally got the chance to try it out on the first Callibaetis hatch of the year on Hebgen Lake on May 30, 2017. The emergence was epic. Fly pattern is my early season dry fly favorite, the CDC Callibaetis Emerger. The Echo Dry compares very close to my BIIIX. The full review will be on www.yellowstoneflyfishing.com

Dog Days, Fly Fishing and Beef Teriyaki.
Переглядів 2,4 тис.11 років тому
My dogs are a great example of just getting out and do something.. Fly fishing is great for that and it's not always about pounding up numbers of fish. Today I decided on cooking up some beef teriyaki on the spit. I really enjoy the convenience and warmth of my biomass Firebox Stove while having a river side or lake shore lunch, I reflect on this years fly fishing success and what contributed t...

Yellowstone Grizzly Cubs at Play and Feeding
Переглядів 14 тис.13 років тому
Various focal lengths of cubs at play. The distance scene was filmed at 500 yards. After filming many years of bear cubs, I notice how playful cubs are as long as they have siblings. Single bear cubs seem to mature earlier as their only playmate is their sow mother.
Yellowstone Grizzly Sow and Cub Foraging for Ground Squirrels in Meadow
Переглядів 12 тис.13 років тому
Filmed in May 2010 in Yellowstone National Park. This video shows a brief glimpse in the early and lonely life of a single grizzly cub and its mother sow as it forages for ground squirrels in a meadow near Yellowstone Lake. The character of a grizzly cub is different when it's single and a bit sad with no siblings to pass time away.

Hebgen Lake - Fly Fishing the Trico Hatch
Переглядів 20 тис.13 років тому
Hebgen Lake is known as one of the world's best dry fly lakes due to it's prolific callibaetis and trico mayfly spinners. Hebgen's large trout key in on these spinners every sunny day from late spring through early fall. Often overlooked but just as important are the Trico spinners unique to Hebgen lake. The spinners will condition the trout to consistently track into a feeding rhythm on the su...

Splendid video, thanks for posting. I think it is true for humans also regarding maturing faster as an only child. There are so many joys to having siblings, as anyone knows who has a sibling(s). Lucky little cubs. Bear viewing is positive and good, no more trophy hunting these magnificent animals, take home a video like this instead of a stuffed dead animal.

@kitches1991 like @JBinCalifornia said it is a disconnect to the system. Most all systems should have one within 6ft of the air handler.

It's a master switch for the hvac system; we have one, too ... instead of going all the way to the breaker box, we can flick the switch, for example, to change an air filter -- or, install the Nest! ps Interesting -- noticed at around 1:33 you removed the old thermostat --> and behind the wall paint reveals a circle!

Man, nice video, nice fishing! But i keep asking myself why you didn't use a wading staff?? One good thing about tenkara is that you don't need to play line in to a reel and so you have one hand always free... Why not using it in a so slippery situation?! All the best!
