Thanks for this video! Keep on doing it!
I’ve had TN for over 20 years, but last night made me actually realise why it’s called the suicide disease, the pain was relentless and horrendous, It was the first time I had to call for intervention to just stop it for 10 mins. The Ambulance service were amazing, whilst they never actually treated TN before, they knew how to handle pain, and spasm, and that’s all I wanted, just help to refocus thank you
I have about 1000 miles in my Mach 4 and looking to upgrade to the Mach 6. I understand your love for Hoka
I’ve had TN on and off for 10 years now, I’m sorry you’re going through this as well. I use a heat pack to help with pain.
Thabks for the info
The Lord cured me of my trigemenial neuralgia!
I'm glad for you 👍
My mum has tn'one night she went to the hospital in pain and they told her it was all in her head.the arsoles at Launceston general
They seen to quick to judge.
Lee thank you for that, its exactly how it is, wearing a mask thanks for your honesty
no problem thansk for your kind words
7 years of untense agony, clear Mri's, was going cray with agony, it became 24/7...eventuall had exploritory surgery they found a blood vessel compressing the nerve, im stll in pain not agony, have my life back, even where theres no compression of the nerve it can be irritated and a section of the nerve can be performed, science us advancing keep fighting for the best medical care possible, i saw so many specialists till i met someone who understood, .
unfortunately cant be said the same for me, i have had three previously surgerys
Did this on Wednesday, 30 a day smoker for 28 years ,absolutely killed me in parts, but if I can do it then anyone can. Go early to avoid the crowd's, walking behind the last waterfall was a fantastic feeling.
love this, all about being active isnt it
Very much enjoyed this, thank you. The Precipice Walk near Dolgellau (not to be confused with the New Precipice Walk near Barmouth), is a very picturesque circular walk. I have always walked it anti clockwise as I think the views would be better. Best regards Robin
ah sorry for such a delayed response i was building a dfiferent channel i will have to go back and do it again sometime for sure
Sir I hv this problem since 4 year my life has become hell😢😭😭😭
how are you dealing with it now
Your first reason is exactly why I run. I like the mental challenge. People think it’s a race against other people, but it’s really a battle against yourself
Exactly that 👏
Hi there i am inbeen hospital at this time with no nothing if fordefinite if i have this .I am in pain now and have been on and off for 3 years now.I recall first time over 20 years ago .This time it as gotton a lot worse from pain from my right side of my face started from my jaw and gland pains in the back of my head now pains side of my noise and around my eye. Some meds i am on but only work for like 3 hours .This pain got me in a mess .Don't know what to do because i could not do any thing at all.
It's horrible, sending love. Try and restructure the way you think about pain. Pain management helped me massively
@@leedaviesfitness Thank you so much i shall try hugs
Would you recommend these for a marathon?. Ive done 21 miles in them but my legs were burning.however they were comfortable, no blisters etc.
Sorry haven't log in to this account for a while. I'd say 18-20 I'd probably at thier limits for me
@@leedaviesfitness cheers mate. Appreciate the reply👍
😯 this looks amazing. Thanks for showing the trail
It's a really beautiful walk I'd recommend it
Nice trail. I'll put in on my list for my summer vacation in Wales. Thx
It's certainly one to do its beautiful
I just bought the shoe but with different looks in its front upper shoe. It's black but has different pattern on its surface. And if I compare with FF3. FF3 feels more bouncing than FF4 that I just bought. Do you think Is original or fake ?
I wouldn't be able to tell you, did you buy it from a reputable source
Floatride 4 is the second best shoe for the money. The best is Floatride 3! :)
Agreed Ed
Time to fire the voice over lady 😂
Sacked
Your voice sounds a bit funny mate 🤣😜
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Sports massage maybe?
Had 1 and osteopath
Not ideal mate but huge kudos to you for battling through bud! Theres still time before race day! 😎🤘
Who's this then 🤔 lol
Cracking effort bud. You executed your plan perfectly. Nicely done. It’s great to hear everyone’s reasons for doing these sorts of things. Shared and overlapping with mine too 🙌
Glad your enjoyed the video mate, hope all is well
Cracking run mate. Well done, right on plan. Hope the hammy is ok now.
It's probably around 50 or 60%. Looking bavk it was the mud around 49km just overstretched 😢.
Hi bro, What's your current runner? I've got the float rides had them a few years after your recommendation love them! Ran my furthest run yesterday just pulled it out my arse (know I could be great if I were consistent) at 17 mile and the sides of my knees are sore (unsure if that's common after a further run) I heard the Brooks Ghost are good. Any thoughts mate? Cheers for the content
Hi buddy, depends what your looking for really. I'm still using the reebok floarride 4. But I also use nike peg 39. I'd say go try on a few different pairs and see how they feel on you. Pain outside the knee is generally itb. 👌
Legend cheers for the feed back keep smashing it bro 🔥🤙
I'm running like 50/50 x country and road running. However some sessions just roads so maybe I'll grab a set of pegs for the road sessions. New floatride look sweet
It’s important to know your why 🤟 One question 🙋♂️ did you hang your wall paper? 😂 See you at the RIDDUM I’m probably going to do some training runs on the course, I will keep you posted for a recce 😊
Yes and yes. Book me in for a recce buddy. ❤
@@leedaviesfitness brill, RIDDUM is my home patch, be great to show you around (slowly) 🤣
@gingeral slow is good for me buddy. I train slow race fast lol
Great video and mad effort there Lee . The intensity you run with and narrate with there after is really interesting to watch .
Glad you enjoyed it. I appreciate you watching ❤
You absolute beast!!! What a cracking run mate! That is one hell of a way to kick off this slam mate! 👏 Great recap mate such a clever way to put the race vid together! 😎🤘
Cheers Ben, actually glad to get some footage of the race. I'd clearly forgot to do the go pro at the marathon and 50k because I went live on insta. Learning point for next one lol
bought mine last week, this vid had helped me make my mind, thanx a lot
Aw thank you hope you like them as much as I do. And hope you grabbed the discount
Looking forward to your first race. Are you going to take the camera or focus on your performance? The south canum I did was on canal but it was super muddy, it's been chucking it down recently. I like your hydration strategy, it's something in need to focus on. So you're planning on having 1ltr an hour 1/2 tailwind, 1/2 water? sounds good. Have you trained any long runs at your target race pace? I found this helped in the lead up to my Thames Path 100 and it was tough, like you say without rest. Go for it! I'm sure you'll smash it. I've got the East Devon Round 100k (10,000ft) next at the end of April, then it's the Lakeland 100.
Soundsike a good calendar mate. Yes I'm expecting g it to be quiet soggy. Yes that's right 500ml of tailwind and water every hour and a slat tab every 30 mins if its hot 40-45 if its not. As for long runs I've done 6 over 20 miles and a marathon all under target race pace. but one 20 miler which I did with a friend. I've seen your video for the canum a few times now lol. I do plan on taking the camera and checking in at the start every 5k then the finish.im just coming up with a question set now to make it like a short documentary style. I'm 100% stick to my pace strategy of 4.55-5.05 per km apart fro the first few km which are downhill from what I've seen.
Go go go!
Slow slow slow 😂
Good luck chief - give everyone else a chance will ew 😅
Lead from the front math you know the score
Yes Lee! Super hyped for this race mate! I know you're going to destroy it! 💪 good to see the injinjis are going on the feet. I used mine today in the terrible conditions and 0 feet problems. Best of luck bud! Enjoy yourself out there! 😎🤘
Just smashing out a 60k training run ❤ absolutely bossing it
Not good, not stable shoes.
In your opinion. And to be honest your the only one I've ever heard say a bad word about it. For me it is far from unstable
Not good, not stable shoes.
Your in a minority of people that think this.
I’ve had TN since October 2017. Glad I found your channel, I was going down a rather dark mental loop due to my pain. Thanks for sharing.
Steph sorry to hear that, the big change for me was reframing how I react to pain. The pain stays the same but my attitude has changed. Instead of just trying to bear it. I make it my bitch 🤪
