Nicer layout, with easy access from bathroom to bedroom in back. Needs an egress opening between snackbar & front door in case of stove fire. Video needs less views of plain exterior, more interior details -- like storage, etc.

It's truly bad form to have to traipse through both the kitchen & living room to get from the bathroom to the bedroom, or vice-versa, in one's skivvies, especially with so many windows.

So many of these lack closet space. Where do you put stuff? I mean, where do you even hang up your coat when you come in the door? Or store your broom and vacuum cleaner? The designers of these little boxes just do not even think about such things.

love the loft but I would need rails on the stairs and somewhere to hang my dresses.

I assume the refrigerator is hidden under the counter. I need a 10 cuft size at least. Really like the bathroom as I use a stool and stepping up is hard.

這廁所在最裡面又沒窗戶是很不通風的，而且收納處很少，大門進來一桌椅容易嚇到人也容易擋住門，算是重看白不中用的設計

Very nice

It's a nice setup for a starter home, but not suitable for elderly or family. Many people have disabilities & stairs are obstacles. A main floor bath & bedroom is needed, a 2nd floor bed & bath for a caretaker is also needed. I know you can design one. 👍

Нет прихожей (как почти во всех мини-домах) и мало мест для хранения. В остальном - супер-домик!
