I started the preferences with ENI at Hyd as the lowest. It is known that the ENI Hyd cutoff after iteration 1 is 270. Still I am on the waiting list. Is it due to a tie in marks ? Pl let me know the cut off for ENI, Hyd after iteration 2. Is there a chance in iteration 3?
