Hey!😂 Double Crust Brown Butter Peach Cobbler (8x8 baking pan) Ingredients: 1 large can Peaches 1 box Pillsbury Pie Crust 1/2 stick butter 1/2 cup Sugar 1/2 cup Brown sugar 1 tsp Nutmeg Ground Cinnamon 1 tbsp Lemon juice Salt Cornstarch slurry : 2 tablespoons of cornstarch 1/4 cup water Crumble mixture: 1 cup Flour 1/2 Brown sugar 1/2 Granulated sugar 1 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 cup cold Butter DIRECTIONS: Pre - Bake Oven on 375 Brown the butter - over medium heat. Let the butter melt completely, stirring occasionally. it will start to bubble and foam. Keep stirring to prevent it from burning. Once the butter turn golden & brown specks forming on the bottom of the pan. Remove from heat! Add in the peaches, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, & lemon juice. Cook over medium heat for about 2-3 mins. Add in corn starch slurry, Stir until the peach mixture thickens. Grease your baking pan with pam. Roll out one of the two Pillsbury pie crust and trim it to fit your 8x8 baking pan. Place it on the bottom of the pan, pressing gently to fit. Pre bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. * (For the pie crust to be inside peach mixture ) Any extra pie crust, cut into desired shapes and pre bake on baking sheet for 8-10 mins or until golden brown. Set aside. Pour the peach filling over the crust in the baking dish. Gently Add in the extra pre baked shapes of pie crust in the peach mixture. Roll out the second pie crust,cut it into strips for a lattice top, Sprinkle cinnamon on pie crust, Add crumble mixture on top. Bake on 375 for 25-30 mins or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. So oouey gooey good!
