It's been so fun livestreaming every sunday and I'm happy to share this behind the scenes vlog of my ai recipe baking experience with my good friend chatgpt.
RECIPE:
Ingredients:
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
• 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)• Ladyfinger cookies (savoiardi)
• Cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
2. In another bowl, mix together the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
4. In a shallow dish, mix together the brewed coffee and coffee liqueur (if using).
5. Quickly dip each ladyfinger cookie into the coffee mixture, making sure not to soak them too long.
6. Break the dipped ladyfingers into smaller pieces and place a layer of them at the bottom of each serving cup.
7. Spoon a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
8. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
9. Cover the cups with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
10. Before serving, dust the tops with cocoa powder.
11. Enjoy your easy-to-make individual tiramisu cups!

Blue permanent colour is normally hard to remove. I got a white peekaboo done and now i use semi permanent colurs so i can switch colours easier. Red and plum semi permanent pigments colours also last longer than the permanent dyes.

It’s so frustrating when you have thick and full eyebrows 😭 I swear I’ve got like 5 different eyebrows pencils/tints, the pigment is just not there. And my friends who have thin eyebrows use tints so easily, I’m so jealous
