That's great FPS. I've seen a lot worse on the same card. Although there's variables, like weather and location. This is great though.

Buy a 5800x3d and ur bottleneck will be completely gone. I get 100-140fps in the witcher at 1440p with raytracing off and dlss quality/framegen on in novigrad. With rt on probably like 70-90fps and thats at 1440p

60% GPU usage, big bottleneck from the 2700x xD Cpu usage is not maxed but the bandwidth is. For exemple I'm at 100% / 99% gpu usage with an i7 13700k and i'm over around 120fps at 1440p / Framegeneration ON / NO DLSS / RT ON You have to understand that most game cannot use hyperthreading. Means only physical cores / thread will be used. So here out of your 16 total threads only 8 threads (which are the physical cores and sometimes less cause the game doesn't allow more than 4 threads and the system who already reserve 1 thread) will be taken and they must be close to 100% each of them And so your cpu will not show 100% cpu usage as most of the rest of HT threads are not used. And so you are on a bottleneck scenario. As you see the allocated cores cannot deliver the power needed to max out the rtx 4070ti Some game can use hyperthreading like bf2042 but it's not all games. All you have to understand overall is that if you gpu is not at least at 90% usage (minimum) you have a bottleneck problem even tho your cpu doesn't show 100% usage. The best balance is to have a cpu strong enought to max out ur gpu to at least 95 to 100% usage You have to take in consideration that Frame generation is kinda cpu intensive so if your cpu already bound ur gpu FG not gonna help that much Really important to upgrade your cpu too, you are losing so much value of your card. Almost 50% in average that's so much !

Brother that CPU is bottlenecking the GPU. Its not even at 50% load some of the times. My game runs a lot smoother becuase I have a good CPU Anyway great video tho, and due to inflation I understand if you cant afford an expensive CPU at the moment

Turning on obs causes that on my 4070 ti I have 40 fps less in Warzone 2. In the benchmark 160 instead of 200 with obs only on without streaming or recording. Do you have the same? How much fps does your obs take?

Thank goodness TW3 is such a CPU heavy game. I play at 4K and it peaks my CPU usage. LoL!! I have a 3080 and I lower some settings such as AA to 2x MSAA. Such an incredible game.

I have 2070 Super with Ryzen 3600. Maxed out setting gives me around 50-70 fps. Turning any of rtx settings on gets it down to 30-35 fps. Not worth it for me, game looks awesome even without rtx.
