It's hard to tell from the video angle - but are your hands going up and down? They should be going forward and backward with the natural movement of your horse's head, NOT up and down, higher and lower.

@@Gracestodola14 I watch a lot of horse videos, and I have only seen hands go forward and back with the movement of the horses' head - never up and down. Be sure to check your form when you ride.
