7:06 Only 2 electrodes needed in each lemon ! Or cut the lemons in halves and isolate each half - without this the very cells you are attempting to make will short and fail ! Did you know you need nearly 3000 lemons to start a car !
Nice work .
I am watching this for entertainment, damn I love my youtube feed
ISLAM THE RELIGION THAT PREACHES THE WORD OF A MAN THAT HAD INTERCOURSE WITH A NINE YEAR OLD..............
Very interesting, how do the colourless blocks appear vivid? Is it to do with filtering, which was used in the cinema glasses analogy? I'm not sure I understand that, and what's the difference, ie why did they evolve that way rather than using pigments? Good video
We're glad you enjoyed the video! It is all to do with the structure rather than the coloration of the cells. You can find out more by visiting the Vignolini group website: www.ch.cam.ac.uk/group/vignolini/research/structural-colour-nature. Good luck in your scientific interests!
nice

Helo sir
I am from pakistan can i ask some questions about phd chemistry
Lovely work by Jenny and Robin!
Thank you so much! It was a great evening and fun to see so many alumni.
😲
i want do ph.d in coordination compound,am completed my m.s in organic chemistry what is the procedure to take admission in cambridge
Hello, we are glad you are interested in getting a PhD at Cambridge. Please see our website for information on how to apply: www.ch.cam.ac.uk/pgapp.
Romea's research group is totally recommended. Very good people with plenty of potential!!!
I never thought i'd fall in love tonight but here i am ^^
🤔 Promo SM
I wonder what type of Marxist propaganda they were so eager to fill their heads with...
very much interested in novel chemical synthesis of molecules
INDEED, THIS IS GOOD NEWS FOR ALL COCONUT FARMERS IN THE PHILIPPINES AND IN THE WORLD !

A great and accessible explanation of structural color. I work with optics professionally (eye doctor). The anti-glare coatings (cameras, glasses, etc) are produced using the same structural effect. A layer is deposited on the lens substrate (in a vacuum chamber) and the depth of the layer is a specific fraction of a wavelength of light in the frequency/color of interest. You can tune the thickness to reflect any color you want. Using complex multilayer techniques, you can cause the surface of the lens to reflect almost nothing. That looks _very_ odd.
You may be wish to follow his getting ahead advice. He was hung on March 7th, 2023 at a military tribunal.
Yes I just read about that too. May God have mercy on his soul.
The way HE got ahead was by being obedient to the satanic cabal. He was hung on 7 March at Gitmo.
Great video😀
I just want to join PhD in Cambridge University.. but I have financial issues ..what should I do..?? And I am very much interested in atomic structure
Deadlines for applicants seeking financial aid are 12th October for US Gates Funding, and 1st Dec for those seeking funding from the University or our Department. Best wishes on your application. Check out our website here for further information: www.ch.cam.ac.uk/pgapp.
Very upbeat and hope producing presentation. Big issues with scale up of course but my concern is the vested interests which exist in all supply chains who try to keep the status quo. Tariffs on solar panels, Government subsidies for oil exploration and existing fossil fuel infrastructure will delay implementation and possibly curtail some. I'd love to see a political response to this lecture. Probably downbeat but you never know....
On the positive side, it is making more and more sense economically to move to sustainable fuels.
Ihs market energy expert ?
👍
Photosynthesis remains among the most marvelous of biochemical processes in the Natural world. I applaud Dr. Zhang for engaging in cutting edge research that closely mimics photosynthesis. The potential for the betterment of humankind as well as the planet we live on is indeed great. Dr. Zhang, best of luck to you and your research group!
Quite comprehensive talk
Thank you, we hope you enjoyed it.
ıll be very happy if you post your undergraduate chemistry, teaching and labs as all other universities do.
The University of Cambridge undergraduate programme is called the Natural Sciences Tripos, which allows students to take courses in different areas before starting to specialise. You can find more about it here: www.natsci.tripos.cam.ac.uk/
This is amazing
Can i get admission in bachelor in chemistry ???
Undergraduate students enroll in the Natural Sciences Tripos, so they can try out a variety of sciences, eventually specialising in physics, chemistry or one of the other sciences by their third year. You can find out more here: www.natsci.tripos.cam.ac.uk/.
Do you have PHD program?
Yes we do, you can find out more on our website admissions pages here: www.ch.cam.ac.uk/pgapp/postgraduate-admissions-home.
@15:25 I think the ongoing toll of navigating the pandemic has perhaps given many people without disabilities a taste of this, which is experienced by people with disabilities all the time. It shouldn't take a global pandemic to effect change, but hopefully will lead to some permanent changes in society as more people have experienced first-hand the importance of flexible working environments, social support networks etc.
Absolutely, that's one of the points made by Hisham Ziauddeen: it's a shame it took the pandemic to introduce flexible working environments, which could have been done much earlier. Thank you for watching and for your comments.
can i do msc here ? may i know how to apply?
