rather questionable time management, imho. you often let your clock run down to 5 sec while your opponent has 60 sec and then you get crushed trying to live off the increment. yet this is never comes up as an issue in the post-mortem. is spending 40 seconds on that move really worth having to play each subsequent move in under 2 seconds?
