A bit soft.

很多老镜头的片子很耐看，最好放到flickr上，注明镜头和机身细节，会颇有意义。很多在小红书上秀照片的老镜爱好者，无法翻墙到flickr,被小红书这个平台把原照压缩的七荤八素，完全没有味道可言。以至于被愚民思维到以为flickr上垃圾多，其实真正的垃圾却在那个被压缩的平台。

I had one in 1957. I was disappointed in the sharpness of the lens. My Zenith C Industar 50mm 3.5 was much better

A proper test would require both photos and videos, many of them taken at different distances, of different subjects and (more importantly) with different apertures. This way you can properly show the capabilities of the lens, ranging from the bokeh shape to sharpness, from vignetting to aberration.

you can try to recement the black inside wall of the lens to reduce the reflection of the lens. hopefully the purple effect can be showing less distintive

what adapter did you use?

I have a Futura S Camera, recently bought a Ampligon 35mm lens for it and it doesn't quite seem to work with this camera. do you or anybody know if that lens isn't compatible with the 'S"

You seem to have this focused better in 'Take 2'. How did you menage that with no vignetting? Also, what adapter mount are you using on the GH4? The colour and texture of the video is sublime/beautiful, truly the 1960's retro look - Arise Jean LG the II.
