That pink drink you had is called bandung, which as far as I know, is unique to Singapore and Malaysia. You were right that it has a floral taste as it is made from rose syrup. However, there isn’t any pandan nor coconut milk. The other ingredient is evaporated milk. As for water on your flight, you have to finish your drink before going to the gate if you were at Terminals 1, 2 or 3 as the security clearance it at each gate. However. Given you were at T4, once you had cleared security, you would be free to grab a drink after that and bring it on board if the airline were ok with it since some budget airlines sell on board and may not want you bringing your own drinks on board.
