yes. it would be most likely that the album would have themes related to the stars, galaxies and other space related phenomena based on the hints she has been giving on social media. but let’s not forget that Melanie said that the album would not have a central character/story to focus on, it would just be about her. also, another hint I have noticed is that some of the lyrics from the songs in PORTALS contain space related elements and words that might tease or add on to her next album. here are some examples: in FAERIE SOIRÉE- somewhere on VENUS they’re searching for me in WOMB- conversions in the COSMOS in PLUTO- PLUTO destroy me in MILK OF THE SIREN- the milk from the rivers in every MOON so her next album would be space core but I might be wrong. let me know if there’s anything else!
