Thats odd, I had one and it almost never malfunctioned. Any malfunction was usually a light primer strike if anything.

Remember lubrication of the pellets also assists in decreasing barrel fowling, but you won't get a significant increase in velocity.

If you load the magazine properly,most ammunition runs great. CCI mini mags,in a plastic box,run flawless. Had good luck with Aguila super extra 40g and most CCI varieties.

Honestly not bad at all. My 17.7 BA upper does not shoot PMC 55 gr 223 half as well. I get a consistent 5 inches of vertical stringing with 2-3 inches horizontal. Part of that could be me, but that gun shoots 1.5-2 inches with 77s no problem

How are the groups on the Ruger Precision Rimfire?

I have two TacSOl X-Ring builds, one is a 16" in a MP hunter TD stock, and the other is a Charger TD in a AGP Arms mod folder. Both are fantastic plinkers and amazing to shoot. Both of my builds will have failures to extract and feed with anything but the 10rd rotary drum mags. The BX-15/25 do not at all and it is very unfortunate.
