its confusing, i have the same specs like the vidio but my gpu only using 12% his power i don't understand why.
that is the bottleneck, it usually happen when the processor is to weak to handle graphic card performance, need to upgrade the cpu
or because im playing with my 768p res monitor? if i change the cpu to i7-2600 without "k" does it solve the prob?
The monitor is not helping. The lower the res the harder your CPU works. You would have to try and play something at 1440p and see if you still bottleneck. As we can see here even at 1080p he's still CPU bound.

😂 True Also the CPU not running on full potential even though shows 99-100% hardly went over 3.3ghz when it suppose to run at 3.7ghz, to solve this search in windows start "change power plan" by default it is set on balanced need to change it to high performance or ultimate performance (in enterprise), then CPU will run at its full potential 😊better performance
