Design is good. For a small space i would never suggest a sofa or even sofa cum bed. Wrong choice for platform. Granite would have been much better. For kitchen to balcony collapsible ( split door) would be more comfortable.

Good for single person not cooking at home. 650k for 280 square feet. More than 2000 per square feet.

One of the best RK to 1 bhk conversion. The only thing i felt should have been done (thought of) differently was the location of washing machine. Instead of keeping it in the bedroom inside the wardrobe, the toilet and bathroom should have been combined and washing machine should be placed inside it. In case if it doesn't fits there, then the bedroom wardrobe part (where the washing machine is being placed now) should have been taken inside the combined toilet and bathroom and then the washing machine should be placed inside it. Anyway nice work done 👍
