Yo I just got my first dunk at 14 yesterday 5’11
But when I dunked it wasn’t off a lob because when I do lobs on like 9 foot or at highest 9’6 I jump off two feet but this time I ran up and jump off one and dunked it with one on 10ft and 1 month before that I couldn’t even touch rim but now I can dunk and it is because I would practice on 8’5 and 9 ft consistently
