The best flat layout. You will never found a luxury segment/Premium segment big size apartments with such a low loading. The flat layout especially 4BHK+S is awesome which kept care of space, privacy and utility at same time while being space efficient. A rare combination.

I went to the location. Ghaziabad is very crowded. It took me 15 minutes to make a U-turn near the project location due to traffic and narrow roads.

aas pass koi bhi acha area nahi hai. muslim population se covered hai. road ke left per non plaster ghar hai. risky highway hai. aapko mall jaane ke liye bhi highway use karna parega. bacho ke school dur hai. daily highways se bache jaaege. it is too risky.

Bhaisaab 8k ka 2x-3x matlab 20k per square feet.. in Siddharth vihar.. dimaag toh theek hai??.. apne 1% ke liye kuch bhi bakwaas kar do without any research.. anyways even Godrej woods in central noida does not have many buyers at 15k in the resale market

Launch price can not be greater than 9-10k for this project for this location.

haha these people dont know the difference b/w actual luxury and real luxury .. per acre if the flats are more than 50 than its not a luxury by any standard .. Godrej usually brings 50 flats per acre and some good developers max 60-70 flats per acre ..here its more than 100/acre .. bhai yeda samjha kya ..sala public ka c kaat rahe hai .. any tom dick harry claiming luxury ..isse pehle MCD me roads bharne ka kaam kar rahe hote thay 2 kaudi k builders ya bhaate thay inke bricks k ..

I visited the project today to get a good deal and dont know y ....girstly they told phase 1 me sare sold h and phase 2 me they gave me 10600 psqft...i have the copy also of price sheet... jhoot bol k logo ko misguide kia ja raha h...jab bechna hi nahi h inko ..sirf investors k liye rakho na flats....public ko pareshan q krte ho.. Sold out toh hoga hi flat lekin investors ko.....bechare public ko nahi... N irony is this..waha se wapas aane k baad every hour i m getting call ki aap flat dekh rahe ho kya....
