I think posting 1-2 good covers every 1-2 weeks and an album every year or so would be good. gives you time to make both those high quality larger pieces and a steady content stream for subs/the algo. I’d like it at leasy Visualizers don’t really do anything for me Music videos can be cool and draw people in if they’re done right (ex: Questionably Paleo, Incontrovertibly Neanderthal by edhoxhuli). your recent ones are kinda just normal video with music attached, which makes for a poor mv. pairing a good song/cover with a cool/fun/memorable video (possibly an animation) would be good, but it can be time consuming/expensive/difficult. turning that story video about the sleeping dragon into a song with an MV that tells the story could be a good idea. another thing I’ve seen get good traction is covers of game OSTs or whole albums in a different style. Ex: midwest emo minecraft soundtrack. comments are full of both jokes (ex: “tfw she puts her minecraft bed next to your best friend”) and nostalgia And there’s stuff like “pokemon theme song death metal cover”, “buddy holly jazz guitar”, etc that’s mostly just memes but can still draw views. “taylor swift stoner doom version” if nothing else makes people go “huh. I wonder what’s up with that”. worst case scenario- supersonicdragonwagon is a decent name for a travel vlog 😋
