bro you know how to change the thing when for example i have a quest that requires me to gather 512 dirt blocks and when i get 250 of those dirt blocks and i put them into chest and then i cant progress because i dont have those 250 dirt blocks in my inventory

After playing a bit with the task screen block, I finally got it. It is a container. In order to put the items, you have to use a hopper or similar, facing the screen as if it was a chest. For the fluids and energy, you have to use mods' pipes and power systems to make it work. I haven't been able to put liquids into the task screen with vanilla minecraft blocks, as there's no real method for transporting them.
