When I told them that I had no more patient I was told it was my fault the coffee machine broke. This is an anology of my vendor experience. I got invited and they pushed me to launch my product line specifically for amazon. After investing 6K in goods I was ready for my first purchase order. Right then, the product catalog page got an error. I have opened over 10 tickets and have communicated back and forth 2-3 times a week. Yet still, the catalog page is not working and our 6K in goods are a lost investment. Out of frustration I asked to close my account so I would not be bothered with their messages. Now I'm not welcome anymore.
