My neighbor just bought this same RV for $5000 cash. It needs a new alternator, and has some major water damage to the shower as the skylight above had something crash through the first layer so now water collects inside and has caved in the shower walls. It also is still leaking along the interior of the roof all up and down the length of the RV. It's not as if it couldn't be cleaned up and fixed. It is her new home to get out of this Hotel, but the work it requires she cannot do herself. She needs someone to help her get it all working again, and in good condition.

How much is?.
