As of June 2024, the Waymo robotaxi service is available to anyone who wants to ride in San Francisco. Previously, customers interested in taking a ride in one of the company’s driverless cars needed to sign up for a waitlist, which could take weeks or months to open up.

Your EVP insights shed light on the need for clarity surrounding expectations of working in an organization. Issuing mandates won't help; it is essential to create alluring propositions that entice employees back without coercion. In this evolving era, defining how and why the office fosters high-performing hybrid teams should be a priority.
I couldn’t agree more, as it says in the video an office should be a magnate (which attracts people in with the value it offers) rather than a mandate (a place workers have to come to, even though they’d rather be elsewhere) - I’ve been conducting research into flexible and remote work trends for the past decade, check out some of my other recent findings here: workflex.solutions/research
I recently moved to a 4 day week and it really has been a game changer! I am more focused and productive, enjoying my role more and finding time to reflect / mentally unleash creative thoughts each Friday so that come Monday by energy tanks are super charged for the week ahead. Highly recommend giving it a go!
