We call it petit point in french, I think it's needlepoint in english.

Don't know if it's color fast but honestly all anyone would be able to say is it's color fast to industry standards 🤷‍♀️ I'd take a strand and stitch it into some fabric (close as you can to what you're doing it on) and throw it in some water. I'd hate to go farther until you actually test it 😬😬😬

No, the silks are not colorfast. One of Jan Hicks projects got wet and the silks ran quite a bit. It’s a good thing you stopped using the pen. Hopefully you can put a little water on the fabric with -tips to control the water from spreading to the silk floss. Welcome back. You were missed.

Hi, glad you enjoyed Italy. Saga color choices are beautiful! I also totally get how challenging feeding our kids can be. My teen also has textural food sensitivities. For instance he really cant stand any kind of sauce (aside from tomato ketchup). So chicken tikka masala will be chicken with no masala! It makes eating out a whole new interesting ballgame.😅

I am working on regular sized Sunflower Cottage. So far, an easy stitch. Frogging sucks. At least you caught it early. I use pony needles on 18 count or aida in general. I use a ballpoint needle on evenweave. I have had about 4 ballpoint needles loose it plating, which was frustrating. But when you find a good one, they last. I hope you have a fun and safe trip. Congratulations on finishing your Haed Sal. It is so beautiful. My favorite is Home Sweet Home. I would love to do it but I think I am going to live thru you and enjoy it when you work on it. I am going to start my very first full coverage piece and it is called Toil & Trouble. I am doing it on 18-count White aida. I just received the aida cloth and it is 29" x 39". I am 66 years old so I am sure that I will never finish this project but I am going to enjoy it while I can. Thank you for inspiring me to begin my first full coverage piece. I will always think of you while I am doing it. I could never do Monopoly Game because that is way to confusing for me to keep track of. I will watch you play the game instead. To many stitches in a day for me. I could maybe put in 200 a day but that is all I can do. Enjoy your Holiday and Happy Stitching.

I have a general idea of things I would like to work on in 2025, but am waiting to see how far I get on some of my current WIPS until I decide on my plans for 2025. I also do the same thing for mistakes as far as if it's a similar color I just stitch where I was supposed to stitch with my mistake thread. Your Merry Mushroom Village WIP is looking great!

For putting your pattern on the screen, you would need to do a screen record on the device that you are using for the pattern and then when editing your stitch with me, you would put rhe screen record in your video. For the face on screen, you would need a second camera and a retreating software like iVcam. Your HAED Sal is coming along nicely. And before you know it, it will be done. I still need to figure out which 2 charts I want for finishing Astrology Cat

Are you going to get to the Wool & Sheep Festival in Rhinebeck, NY? It’s been a few years but I’ve been to it. It gets so crowded. You have to get there early and then when it gets crowded just breathe and keep calm. But it’s worth it to see all the pretties and the animals.
