Just finished watching your Fujian series. Great stuff man, I really enjoyed those road trip vibes! There's nothing quite like travelling and making new friends along the way. Although as an Irish person, I'd definitely have remembered to bring a few beers for that amazing night view of Xiamen at the end... you'll have to invite me along next time 😜

Beautiful circular Toulou houses! In the west, those of us who seek to live in green sustainable houses have tried to use building materials such as mud, straw, papercrete, hempcrete etc. we sure can study China Toulou building concept and style. Warm in the winter and cool in the summer is green building ideals! Saving electrical bills by not using air conditioners is most important. It is definitely feasible to modernize the toilet situation and still adapt old style building idea such as the Toulou. Thanks for posting this vlog…perhaps young Chinese like you guys could be influenced by the ancient sustainable ways of building and living. The communal life is always good too!
