The problem with villains isn't that they're wrong, because they aren't. It's that they take what they hate most, and settle in the midst of it. They take all the pain the world has brought them and deside that it is only fair if others feel the same. They take the world and Force it to their hand, assuming that their opinion over everything, is right. But it isn't. Opinions change, as do times, as do stances and lives and cultures. You can't force the world to be a certain way, and you can't force others to experience it the way you do. All you can do is try to make the most of what you have and decide wheter you want to focus on your own hapinness, or revenge and justice.

Let me ask yall something. Let’s say someone finds a cure for cancer that saves your loved one (sleep deprived, constantly sick, abandoned social life, barely eaten, etc,) but the next day they kill someone. Will you still view him as a savior or a villain?

Villains are often considered heroes in their own story because from their own perspective their actions are justified and motivated by a belief that they are doing the right thing to achieve a greater goal. Even if that goal is perceived as evil by others essentially they see themselves as the protagonist in their own narrative. Fighting for what they believe is right even if it conflicts with the established morality of the story.
