Hey Guys! Welcome, and in today’s Telugu travel vlogs video, I will explore the village "Rothenburg ob der Tauber" in Germany, Bavaria as a Telugu traveler and will guide you on how to reach and what we can do in this city.
Rothenburg ob der Tauber is a German town in northern Bavaria known for its medieval architecture. Half-timbered houses line the cobblestone lanes of its old town. The town walls include many preserved gatehouses and towers, plus a covered walkway on top.
The best things we can do in Trier are:
1) Towers and walls: Romantic Rothenburg ob der Tauber is famous for its beautifully preserved picture-perfect medieval old town center that is still surrounded by its defensive town wall. It is possible to appreciate the ramparts from outside the town but it is more fun to follow the sentry walk on the wall for fantastic views of the old town center, half-timbered houses, and the beautiful countryside. Access to the sentry walk is free and most of the walls are open year-round and at all times
2) Plönlein: Plönlein is a true international star. It refers to a yellow timber-frame house at the entrance of the Spital quarter. It’s true that the tilted, crooked house is in the center of the Plönlein.
3) Medieval Crime Museum: This is one way to describe the Medieval Crime and Justice Museum of Rothenburg ob der Tauber. The one and only law museum in Europe.
4) Castel Garden: Burggarten or Castle Garden is a town park. The castle garden offers a stunning view (as you enter to park on your left) of the old town and the Tauber Valley. This viewpoint is one of the best in town and really breathtaking! Park is very quiet, a good place for relaxation or meditation, or just enjoy your day and the beauty of nature.
5) Hauptmarkt and Town Hall: In Rothenburg ob der Tauber you can meet the whole world - nowhere else you may experience the lively and diverse atmosphere of Rothenburg’s old quarter more vividly than at Market Square. Rothenburg’s Town Hall appears all the more like a monumental castle.
