Winter Wonderland is my proposal for the Lostfrontier Christmas 2024 record. In this case, it came back to me with the gift of KAT´s voice and lyrics. Her magic made this song so special. Good review, like for like. Just one question, which has probably already been asked, but why would you bother with the JD-08, when you already have an original? Surely a bit like having a Model D Minimoog and then going and buying a Behringer knockoff? Very pleased for you though to be able to enjoy both. Respect...

JD-08 sounds a little brighter, possibly due to higher internal sampling rate/DAC frequency.
it seems there is a subtle difference on EQ (more low end on the original), but the timbre is indistinguishable.
The original is definitely heftier and meatier. Phatter.
