我前几天刚考到驾照。很开心。花了大概1400新币左右，用了大概4-5月。

I have horrid experiences with them and some good ones. They seem to only care about money, not about service or quality. 80% of the time something is wrong with the car. If you report, the next time you rent, it is still broken. Last time the car didn't come off park upon rental. Which is bad enough, makes me late for my appointment etc.. they helped me cancel that car and said I could book a different car nearby. Upon trying I see that the same car is out for rental again. So that car is already broken and they still let someone rent it. Which means the next customer will also be frustrated and late and overheated upon his appointment. Unnecessarily so. This happened with broken headlights, broken wiper fluid sprayers too. Also one rearview mirror has been improperly cleaned by someone with something abrasive it seems like and only works for like 40%, is still not replaced after 6 months. I am considering to buy a click on one myself. for their car. They cost like 40 bucks if not less. Other car, broken USB charger. Other car had issues with trembling and weird behaviours when braking. Had to report that twice in 2 months before they took it out of the fleet there. Rented a car with a huge ass dent in the door. Clearly had been there for a while but they rent it to you without warning and as 'safe to ride'..surely is safe..but not great image to drive with a car door like that.. at least give me the choice to see that when I book it. So I can book another one if image is of value to me. Made me look like a chum. All these times.. there is something wrong.. I still rent cars from them because, it's cheaper than Grab if I have to drop off and pick up my kids.. and mostly it is fun to drive a car sometimes and this is the easiest way..rent by the hour. IF only the people that work there would care about quality and service and actually listen to customers to help them keep cars clean and safe. But they seem to only care about money from where I'm standing. Clearly it is hard to see what the car status is when you rent at a distance for them. But wouldn't it be great if they then listened to the customers when they feedback? I'm thinking..one guy in SG on a motorcycle to follow up on issues that are being reported that could impact safety. Like the wiper fluid things (which I refilled myself only to find out it then too didn't work) and in the case of the park being locked in.. just block that car until your service agent visits and checks out if he can fix it on the spot or if the car needs to go in. And give me a pop up saying the car is damaged if there is a huge dent on the side door. Come on.. Anyone have a different car sharing that actually cares about their car?

What's the purpose of these banks anyway? At least local conventional banks are locally based i.e. HQ in Malaysia, safer and in fact some of them already have digital banking. What I would propose is there should be greater competition among conventional banks to offer digital banking solutions.
