Remember to watch until the end for bonus content. That is shit luck but you can still manage to grab all rewards.
Shock is preferred to Freeze/Sleep/Dizzy because shock can persist even after being hit. Thus it's still technical even after baton-pass.
You can use Personas instead of Items like Stun Gun and Shock Matagama. Just make sure your Persona is optimized for dealing ailments. On top of that, Queen's Persona Agnes has "Gaia Blessing" that further boosts Shock rate.
