Watching this brought back so many good memories playing with my buddy’s running from wolf spiders when we had axes and a couple rocks definitely my top 10
That's how I feel playing it. Like it has that "arcade" feel to it that hits my nostalgia, but it's also challenging at times. I love it!

Ah! That I have encountered. An Orb Weaver Jr. jumped into a rock and got stuck there one time. Made the fight 100x easier.
Trust bro I have 20 floors and it’s all glass on top of a ice mountain to avoid raids got a floor for everything

I have a feeling Endnight Games definitely had some inspiration from Silent Hill!
Just want to say sh 2 is not made by the original developer's beyond a few producer roles and he Composer. I don't think that's inherently a problem just clarifying. And regarding the remake I don't care that it exists or if people play it. just wish the original was still available to get as well. The remake is as you said yourself an entirely new game. So why can't we have both? That why I don't have a problem with stuff like MGS Delta or Destroy All Humans because they made the originals available for perchance along with the remakes.
100% True. I guess with how small Team Silent was (10 people) I always just look at Masahiro Ito as the person who really gave the franchise it's look and feel. Either way, you're 100% right. And yeah, spot on! Like FF7's remake too, completely different and plays independently. It's a good trend!

Im not sure if blooder did this detail or if its lost in time but when yoy return to the same place sometime later in the game, it will be blocked off by police tape, making you think if what you actually attacked was a monsters or a person, do note that that the monster in the OG didnt fight back, which might prove you killed a real person, this also takes a step further that you leave a trail of bloody foot prints behind you as you walk away

@@baselegend silent hill had alot of crazy details in the OG, and even hints towards a possible silent hill 3 remake in the future.
The craziest one I know about is Mary in the car towards the end, but I have zero idea if that was a fan created visual or not 🤔

So do you always loose weapons when you die? Started playing with a friend and we both lost our stone axes. Sucks, considering rocks are not easy to find.
In multiplayer, yup, unfortunately. But if you want to find rocks, look for either caves or rivers. Thats the easiest place to find them, not the big rocks or cliffs

The artifact. Stay on the island, finish the artifact, load it with Solafite, then point it at most craftables. Even build book stuff. If you get a line of electricity running to it, you can upgrade it just like a weapon upgrade!

I'm going to be that grandpa. In the old folks home biting off ears and stuff.
I don't care about the stories, i just like survival game where you can build a base wherever you want,hunt for foods,survive cannibal attack and you can get creative with your base building techniques. And you can play with your friends without any assholes killing you every minute like Rust. Usually Rust was good enough but the community on Rust is getting more toxic everyday.
That's exactly how I am for 99% of survival games. Maybe Green Hell's story stood out, but that's the anomaly.
